Debbie Elder
Debbie serves as Children’s Director. She leads kids’ from birth through 5th grade. She makes sure these kids are getting the best care possible.
Debbie started coming to Concord in 1967. After college, she volunteered in the preschool area and became the Child Care Coordinator. In early 2000 she worked part-time as an office help and part-time as a Preschool director (Birth thru Kindergarten). In 2002 she became the full-time Children’s Director (birth thru 5th grade)
She is blessed to have a husband of 33 years who volunteers on Sunday mornings where needed. A lot of the kids call him Mr. Debbie. She has two children, Katie who is married, and Aaron, who is engaged to be married in Oct of 2023.
