Sermon Notes
1. Celebrate God’s Goodness With Joy
Everyone has been blessed and has something for which they can say an ENTHUSIASTIC THANK YOU to God.
Heartfelt worship isn’t offered to God because it’s required, worship should be our natural response to God’s GENEROUS BLESSINGS.
2. Celebrate God’s Goodness As God
Knowing God, helps us also KNOW OURSELVES.
“Yes, everything else is worthless when compared with the infinite value of KNOWING CHRIST JESUS MY LORD. For his sake I have discarded everything else, counting it all as garbage, so that I could gain Christ.” (Philippians 3:8, NLT)
3. Celebrate God’s Goodness With Gratitude
It’s good to personally be grateful to God, but God also wants us to thank Him for all He’s done as A CHURCH FAMILY.
The word “God” is a shortened form of the word “GOOD.”
We relate to God with gratitude not because we deserve all the good things He has done for us but because GOD IS SO GOOD.
